Our Quality Assurance – Every product tested, every time
Our inspection process features multiple check points throughout the manufacturing life cycle of the product; this allows us to identify potential problems and find solutions prior to the product leaving our facility. In addition, each assembly must pass a series of continuity tests that are administered via Cirris electrical cable and wiring harness testing equipment.
Finally, before an order ships, it receives a final overall inspection by our end of the line quality control department, where various quality check points are evaluated and recorded by hand to ensure they meet the customer specifications and our quality standards.
